Amandine has been perfecting her craft for 13 years, growing the finest plant transplants using only organic and biodynamic seeds.

Vincent, with a deep-rooted passion for plant growing, transformed their nursery in the mid-90s. Today, he cultivates over 20 varieties of stunning flowers with sustainable practices, from biological pest control to harvesting rainwater.

Julie, the floral expert, brings creativity to every bouquet. When she’s not designing, you might spot her spinning around on her bike.

Fun fact: The McEvoys started selling dried flowers at the old Dandelion Market the same day ABBA won Eurovision!

Back in 1997, Jenny and Pat McNally started at their first market with just seven fresh veggies to sell. All fit into a Volvo estate car and that Saturday evening they returned home with a table and empty crates – and a wonderful feeling to be actually making a few bob without relying on supermarket buyers. 

Having received their organic certification in 2000, Jenny and Pat haven’t looked back– they believe that organic, locally grown vegetables should be accessible to everyone! 

In addition to supplying some of the top restaurants in Ireland, the McNallys do three weekly markets as well as having a popular farm shop and cafe. All of their produce is grown, picked and packed on the farm. They are seasonal growers with lots of variety to offer throughout the year.

From three loaves a day to a bustling bakery, their story is filled with floury mishaps and heart-pounding moments! Remember the time the dough exploded because the fridge wouldn’t close? Or when the oven failed on their first day at the Honest2Goodness Market, and they had to call an electrician friend at 5 am?

Despite the challenges, they’ve grown to baking 144 breads daily, along with an array of delicious treats like focaccia, cardamom buns, and vegan flapjacks.

Just 4 km from Kinnegad in beautiful Co. Westmeath, their journey from a dairy farm to a thriving organic paradise began in 2005. Driven by a passion for the environment and sustainable living, Rosie and Martin transformed their small beginnings into a flourishing 50-acre agricultural haven.

Initially, they started with just 2 tunnels and half an acre, but with hard work and dedication, they’ve grown to farm 25 acres of pristine organic land. The remaining 25 acres? They are lush pastures where they cut hay every summer, ensuring their farm stays vibrant and healthy.

Sióg draws inspiration from nature and the natural goodness that surrounds us. The name Sióg (Fairy) is a nod to early childhood days in Leitrim, Ireland with Fairy Forts and a Grandfather who was eager to pass on his love of nature and the outdoors. People frequently relied on wild herbs and old remedies to treat common ailments. Over time much of that knowledge has disappeared. Sióg is about returning to those age old remedies and using our amazing wild herbs.

Sióg products are sustainable, cruelty free and made using only natural ingredients. They are free from parabens, artificial colours and preservatives. The honey and wax used in Sióg balms, creams and oxymels come from our apiary of native Irish Bees. The herbs, hips and berries are foraged by me.

Each product is hand crafted to ensure quality and authenticity.
